SALE COORDINATOR (1 Position)

Duties:

• Increase and promote sales of the Company’s services and products by identifying, maintaining, and developing relations with current and prospective customers
• Coordinate the work flows between the Client and the Designer as well as Supplier
• Contribute to the creative planning and development and effective execution of the Company’s marketing plans
• Join meetings and events as required to lead and promote marketing campaigns by introducing both visual and hard marketing materials
• Ensure all sale and marketing materials including its brochure and website are up to date
• Do timely reporting of their work

Qualifications:

• At least B.A in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields
• At least three-year working experiences in the field
• Good communication, networking,and computer skills
• Result-oriented, flexible, and honest
• Enthusiasm in Company’s development
• Fluent in English, and French is a plus

SALES ASSISTANT (1 Position)

Duties:

• Increase and promote sales of the Company’s services and products by identifying, maintaining, and developing relations with current and prospective customers
• Assist the sale coordinator in communicating with the Client, the Designer, and suppliers
• Provide a timely delivery of products, services, and other related materials to client
• Do timely reporting of their work
• Assist in other marketing work as needed

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields
• Good communication, networking, and computer skills
• Result-oriented, flexible, and honest
• Enthusiasm in Company’s development
• Fluent in English

WEB DEVELOPER (2 Positions)

Duties:

• Provide quality deign services ranged from the creation of web to hosting
• Provide creative design template concepts
• Develop on creative concept, follow up, and meet deadlines
• Work on creative concepts and layout of the graphic design
• Do timely reporting of their work

Qualifications:

• At least B.A in computer related field with courses on website design, development and management. Associate degrees will also be considered upon actual qualifications
• Working knowledge such as on: CMS: Joomla, Wordpress, Programming: PHP, CSS, Javascript and MySQL, Web Server: Apache, IIS, plus Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photoshop...
• At least 2-year professional working experiences on web design and development
• Willingness to join Company’s trainings and development programs if required
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Result-oriented, creative, and honest
• Enthusiasm in Company’s development
• Fluent in English, and French is a plus

Graphic Roots is a leading graphic design company in Cambodia, providing first-class professional advertising, printing, and creative solutions to local and international clients. Our company is now open an opportunity for talented and enthusiastic GRAPHIC DESIGNER (5 Positions).

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (5 Positions)

• Location: Phnom Penh
• Schedule: Full-time
• Salary: based on skills and work experiences.

Duties:

• Listen, brief, and brainstorm creative concepts
• Create and design innovative and outstanding concepts in accordance with projects provided and branded materials
• Design creative artworks (graphic, mock-up, sketch etc.)
• Manage artworks and ensure that brand guidelines are respected
• Amend, proofread, and prepare designs for printing
• Maximize customer’s satisfaction by providing high-quality work and meeting assigned deadlines
• Cooperate with the Design Team to enhance standard work procedure of graphic design, printing, advertising and multimedia.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or related fields (Associate degrees or diplomas will also be considered)
• At least 1-year professional working experiences
• Thorough knowledge of the printing process and digital file preparation
• Excellent computer skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Willingness to join the Company’s training and staff development programs if required
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Result-oriented, creative, and honest
• Have good communication skills, and being responsible, reliable, creative and cooperative
• Competency in English or other language is a plus
